At Guides.co we work with organizations with large distributed networks - associations, franchises, non-profits, and government agencies - who have unique needs in managing their members / employees.
Over the last few months we've been working with many of our customers to come up with an "operations dashboard" that provides a real-time view that provides insight on their distributed network – and the metrics that matter most. In an effort to demonstrate the value of training, support, and satisfaction of each member, we created a dashboard with the following metrics:
CAPACITY: An organization's capacity measures the size and abilities of the members in the network. It includes the growth rate, collective skill assessments, and onboarding rate of new members to provide an overall assessment of the organization's capabilities. It is an extremely valuable measure in assessing the challenges and opportunities for the organizations.
QUALITY: Every organization with multiple locations or distributed membership struggles to achieve consistent quality across the network, and uses different metrics to define quality. By plugging quality feedback into Guides.co, organizations are able to see how training, support, and satisfaction affect the level and consistency of quality they can achieve.
SUPPORT: Guides.co has built a proprietary AI-based support module that makes it easy for members and employees to find quick and situational support from procedures, policies, and support documents. We provide organizations with a support dashboard that categorizes successful and unsuccessful support requests and groups them into handy buckets to make it easier – and more efficient – to support their members.
SATISFACTION: Guides.co recently launched a new satisfaction rating feature that collects feedback from members on their level of happiness based on training and support, and collects valuable feedback on their biggest challenges to discover ways to improve support for workers.
While each of these real-time metrics provides valuable insight on operations, together they provide a picture of the overall health and abilities of the organization with powerful feedback loops on where the organization can focus on training and supporting their members to achieve higher quality and respond to market challenges and opportunities.
