Help More People. Do Less Work.

Over the last few months we've been brainstorming new marketing ideas to convey our value proposition at Guides.co - in light of all the upgrades we've been making to the platform.

After in-depth discussions with many clients - including franchises, associations, utilities, government agencies - we looked for common threads on what they loved about the platform. Two major themes were consistent:

  • Guides helped them scale whatever they were doing. Whether it was running a program, training employees / members, supporting a network... by centralizing their content and making it "self-serve", they were able to grow their reach & impact without sacrificing quality or consistency.
  • Guides reduced their workload. By making information easier to access "on demand" and leveraging AI to respond to common questions, they were able to reduce the amount of support requests, urgent issues, and webinars scheduled. When things change (as they always do), they simply updated a guide.

While this seems obvious, it wasn't to us. But now that we've come up with the concept of "Help More People. Do Less Work." we really like it. After all, isn't that what we're all searching for?
