Some Background

Here at Guides we've spent the last decade helping organizations digitize and promote their employee handbooks, manuals, and processes to their employees, members, and industries. We've converted everything from daily workout videos for gym franchises to entire national building codes - turning them into user-friendly, easy to navigate guides.

We've also trained over 10,000 tradespeople and first responders using guides and integrated testing.

Last year, we incorporated AI to enable members to ask specific questions, and receive contextual responses, sourced from trusted material. Questions like "what type of barrier should I use for a subterranean concrete basement in northern climate?" or "how do I enter a promotional code for a new client?". It's been a game-changer for franchises, industry associations, government agencies, and organizations that support large networks (utilities, manufacturers).

We've now combined our digital guides, training, and AI to create an adaptive learning and support system that provides access to your material with integrated and periodic testing & quizzes powered by AI. Combined, we believe this can drive greater quality and consistency, reduce and speed up onboarding, and provide a co-pilot for workers that provides consistent, trustworthy results.

Pilot Details

We're looking to pilot our new platform capabilities with organizations that have a distributed network of employees or members - from 100 - 10,000+. We've found that these organizations have the greatest challenge in keeping their people up to date on changes and have a greater need for centralized and self-service training & support.

Although each pilot may be slightly different, depending on your needs, here is an overall framework:

  • Convert your material into our interactive guide
  • AI generates knowledge-based questions
  • Deliver training & quizzes to employees
  • Measure impact & improved learning outcomes

We anticipate the pilot to take 2-3 weeks to launch.

Pilot Program Goals

We believe that adaptive learning is the way of the future - an integrated service that blends "learning with doing" and makes it easier for both workers and management to update processes "on the fly" to create a culture of continual learning and development.
